Biography
Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire
Howie was one of the trainers Ash battled in a phony Pokémon Battle Tournament in Pewter City. When they battled, Howie used Pinsir against Ash's Corphish. In the battle Pinsir attacked with Vice Grip but Corphish was able to dodge & use Crabhammer, but Pinsir stopped it with Guillotine. Then Pinsir made a major blow on Corphish with Seismic Toss. Pinsir followed up with another Guillotine but Corphish used Harden and defeated Pinsir using Bubble Beam and another Crabhammer.
Shortly after their match, Howie and others helped Ash and his friends. Ash and his friends lead a horde of Pokémon trainers in a counterattack against Team Rocket. They attacked with an evil plan to take everyone's Pokémon.
